Our Story

Born on the bayou. Built for good.

Since 1994, the Houma Oilman's Fishing Invitational has brought together the men and women of the oil & gas industry for one purpose larger than the catch—giving back to the communities that built us. Three decades and three-and-a-half million dollars later, the mission hasn't changed.

Held each May at Coco Marina in the heart of Cocodrie, HOFI is part fishing rodeo, part industry reunion, and entirely a force for good. Every entry fee, every sponsor dollar, every auction bid goes directly to charities serving children, veterans, and families across Louisiana and beyond.
